Adicone a carne já temperada no óleo deixe dourar um pouco adicione a cebola a água

E deixe cozinhar na pressão até que a água secar, se a carne ainda não estiver na maciez que desejar Adicione mais água e a deixar cozinhar até o ponto que preferir,depois é só servir
