Ingredients

  • Needle | 1 kg
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Green Spice | 1 to taste
  • Potato | 4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 3 tablespoon
  • Water | 500 ml
  • Tomato Extract | 1 tablespoon
  • Dry red wine | 50 ml
  • Salt | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. Cut the meat into cubes and brown in oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic and brown
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the water last.
  4. Close the pan, and let it cook for 20 minutes as soon as it gets pressure.
