  1. Well, I seasoned approximately 1kg of beef shoulder with garlic, onion, salt, chimichurri, mixed seasoning and mustard powder. In the pressure cooker, put oil and let it heat well until it smokes. Then I added the meat and let it brown on all sides! Then I added water to the level of the meat, 1 large onion in pieces, 2 bay leaves, and 1 cup of tomato sauce. I closed it and left it on for about 40 minutes.
  2. I removed the meat, let it cool and sliced. (If you slice it too hot, it will fall apart.) The sauce that was left in the pan, I passed through a sieve, returned to the fire, added 2 tbsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp of onion cream, parsley, olives and mushrooms. That's why I didn't add salt, but you can evaluate. This sauce turns brown, looks like wood sauce
