- Meat palette.500 g
- Beef Quinoa Broth.1 unit(s)
- Garlic.1 to taste
- Seasoning for meat.1 to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Cut the meat into pieces. And season with seasoning (which already has salt).
- In a pan add oil and garlic stir until golden, then add the meat broth stir until unmarked.
- Then add the meat and let it fry lightly, add a little water and cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Then remove from heat and serve.
