Meat in pressure without water

Na panela de pressão coloque  toda cebola,  em seguida a carne,  baccon e tomate . 

In the pressure cooker put all the onion, then the meat, bacon and tomato.

Fogo ligado de médio para baixo  , coloco minha panela tamo , e deicho na pressão por 30 minutos . ( na pode se fogo alto. ) . Depois do tempo so destampar,  finaliza com tempero verde e prontinho   

Fire on medium to low, put my pan on, and leave it under pressure for 30 minutes. (You can't use high heat.) . After the time, just uncover, finish with green seasoning and that's it.
