Meat in Madeira sauce with pepperoni potatoes and mushrooms

Numa panela doure a cebola e o alho picados. Junte a carne em cubos. Deixe fritar. Tempere com a salsinha, sal a gosto, pimenta do reino, páprica defumada e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos. Com fogo baixo. Se secar você pode ir pingando água. 
Lave bem as batatas calabresa e corte ao meio uma por uma. Junte as batatas a carne. Acrescente o molho madeira e champignon. Deixe ferver até a batata ficar al dente. 
Sirva. 

In a pan, brown the chopped onion and garlic. Add the cubed meat. Let it fry. Season with parsley, salt to taste, black pepper, smoked paprika and cook for 10 minutes. With low heat. If it dries you can go dripping water.
Wash the pepperoni potatoes well and cut in half one by one. Add the potatoes to the meat. Add the wood sauce and mushrooms. Let it boil until the potato is al dente.
