Minced meat600 g
Sliced Potatoes3 unit(s)
Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
Black pepper, oregano and salt1 to taste
Colorau1 teaspoon
Chopped Parsley1 to taste
Water500 ml

I started by cutting the meat into small pieces.
Then in a pan put the oil and the chopped onion along with the garlic.
I added the minced meat. And I let it fry and put the seasonings. And I let the meat cook well.
Finally add water and bring to pressure. For about 20 minutes.
As the minutes pass. Open the pan and put the chopped potatoes.
I let it cook until the potatoes are soft. Then just put the chopped parsley and serve as you prefer.
