- MAGGI® Meat Broth tablet1 unit(s)

- half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese0 g

- tablespoon of oil1 tablespoon

- half a cup (tea) of hot water0 g
- MAGGI® Meat Broth tablet1 unit(s)
- boiled and chopped eggs2 unit(s)
- tablespoon of chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- Mashed potatoes Place the potatoes in a pressure cooker and cover them with water. Cover the pan and place over medium heat until it boils. Lower the heat and let them cook for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are very tender. Remove the potatoes from the water and pass them, while still hot, through a ricer. In a pan, place the potatoes, add the MAGGI Broth dissolved in the milk, the butter and the Parmesan cheese. Place the pan over medium heat and stir vigorously until you obtain a smooth puree.
- Ground beef In a pan put the oil and sauté the onion. Add the meat and let it cook for a while. Add the MAGGI Broth dissolved in the hot water. Mix well, let it cook for a while. Turn off the heat, mix in the eggs and chopped parsley.
- Mounting In a refractory container place the braised meat and cover it with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for about 15 minutes or until browned.
