  • cayenne pepper1 to taste
  1. In a pan put the crushed garlic and oil, so sauté add the meat, put the salt, cayenne pepper and wait for it to cook on low heat.
  2. Wash the cabbage and sauté it in olive oil and a clove of garlic, add salt and in a minute turn off the heat.
  3. finely chop the cabbage with the aid of a knife, and grate the carrot. Then place the carrot and cabbage in a pan with hot water for less than a minute.
  4. Arrange your plate according to the photo, drizzle olive oil on top of the coleslaw with carrots.
