  • Minced meat (Duckling)500 g
  • Cauliflower250 g
  • Chopped onion0.5 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  1. Clean the cauliflower well and put it in the processor, grate it and chop it finely.
  2. Fry the cauliflower in butter until golden
  3. Mix the minced meat with the cauliflower (no need to wait for it to cool) and season to taste.
  4. Make the kibbehs in the shape you prefer and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 to 40 minutes
  5. You can also fry the kibbeh if you prefer. In this case, I recommend leaving it in the freezer for 5 minutes beforehand. Or in the airfryer, 25 to 30 minutes at maximum power.
