  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Paprika to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan we will make the ground beef. Fry the garlic and onion after adding the ground meat and frying. (With 2 spoons of oil) Meat is already golden add the tomato, salt the paprika and black pepper letting it cook a little more if necessary add water. After the meat is already cooked, add the onion and turn it off.
  2. Now let's make the okra. A super important tip when making the okra so that it doesn't release that drool is not to touch it.
  3. In a skillet add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/3 of chopped onion and chopped okra, add salt and then turn on the pan. Mix lightly and let it fry without stirring. You see that it is already frying, add two tablespoons of vinegar and give it a slight stir just so that the vinegar joins the okra. Let it cook a few more minutes and turn off being careful not to leave the fire high and burn.
  4. Ready now, just enjoy this delight and it's perfect with white rice.
