  1. In a hot pan add the olive oil, garlic and onion, sauté and add the ground beef sauté well, always mixing until the meat releases all the water then put the other chopped spices and salt to taste sauté and your meat will be ready ground that will serve as a base for any recipe or even to accompany rice.
