  • Pork Loin1.5 kg
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • White wine1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Sliced pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Onion in petals1 unit(s)
  1. Put the loin in a shape and make holes in it with a knife. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, lemon juice and wine. Let the seasoning set for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Always watering the marinade broth.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°, covered with aluminum foil, for about 1 hour.
  3. Remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 1 hour, basting constantly, until golden.
  4. In a pan, put the sugar and let it melt until it starts to caramelize, add the pineapple and onion and let it cook until golden. Serve with the tenderloin.
