  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Powder1 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Season the loin with black pepper salt Lemon pepper and lemon let it marinate
  2. When it is well marinated, take it to seal in a frying pan with olive oil.
  3. Once sealed, add a finger of water, and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the finely chopped pineapple, finely chopped pepper and sugar until it turns into jelly.
  5. When the meat comes out of the oven finish with the pineapple jelly with pepper and serve.
