Sirloin1 kg
Pineapple1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Rosemary to taste
Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
Olive oil4 tablespoon
Chimichurri to taste

Cut the loin into slices and season with salt, black pepper, rosemary, lemon juice and chimichurri. Reserve for the seasoning to absorb
While the loin is marinating, let's prepare the pineapple. Cut in half, remove the core and cut into slices. Reserve the slices for us to use in the assembly
Assembly: Place a sirloin steak and a slice of pineapple in the pineapple, intersperse until the space is complete. Finish by putting the olive oil and rosemary on top.
