- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Chimichurri to taste
- Cut the loin into slices and season with salt, black pepper, rosemary, lemon juice and chimichurri. Reserve for the seasoning to absorb
- While the loin is marinating, let's prepare the pineapple. Cut in half, remove the core and cut into slices. Reserve the slices for us to use in the assembly
- Assembly: Place a sirloin steak and a slice of pineapple in the pineapple, intersperse until the space is complete. Finish by putting the olive oil and rosemary on top.
- Cover with foil or bake easy and bake for about 1h in the oven at 170 degrees
