  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Slasao stalk1 unit(s)
  • Tomato puree1/2 l
  • Glass of red wine1 ml
  • Beef broth1/2 l
  • Thyme to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Clean and wash the celery and cut it into cubes. Peel the carrot and finely chop.
  2. Brown the meat in a pan with about 40 g of extra virgin Olivia.
  3. Add the vegetables and brown, turning the meat with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
  5. Add the tomato puree, beef stock and thyme, adjust the salt and pepper and let it cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours.
  6. Serve very hot, accompanied by the sauce that has formed in the cooking.
