  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Season to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Clean the liver, cut it into small pieces or the way you prefer
  2. Season with garlic, black pepper, sazon, salt, coriander and olive oil, set aside for 20 minutes until you get the seasoning.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and put the liver, when it is almost fried put the sliced onion to fry together
