- Season to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Clean the liver, cut it into small pieces or the way you prefer
- Season with garlic, black pepper, sazon, salt, coriander and olive oil, set aside for 20 minutes until you get the seasoning.
