  • Sliced liver500 g
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the already sliced and washed liver into strips, place in a pan where you will season it.
  2. Put the salt to taste, the black pepper and finally the garlic, stir well until all the liver strips have caught the seasoning, leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the fridge and that's it, just put the olive oil or oil in the frying pan, let it warm up and put all the strips inside to fry.
  4. When the liver is almost fried, put the sliced onion to fry together.
  5. Ready turn off when you finish frying the onion and serve!
