- Liver500 g
- Colorau1 tablespoon
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 unit(s)
- Before starting, clean the liver and remove that little hair that is on the side, if you have it;
- In a bowl or bowl, season the liver with garlic, paprika and black pepper, massaging well so that the flavor penetrates the meat;
- TIP: Don't season with salt now
- Then heat a high skillet and add the butter;
- When the butter has completely melted, add the liver steaks;
- Sear the steaks on both sides;
- Remove the liver steaks from the skillet and in the same skillet add the sliced onion;
- Sauté the onions until golden;
- Then return the liver steaks to the skillet with the onion;
- Add salt to taste, sauté for another 1 minute and turn off the heat;
- Serve immediately.
