  • Colorau1 tablespoon
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Parsley1 unit(s)
  1. Before starting, clean the liver and remove that little hair that is on the side, if you have it;
  2. In a bowl or bowl, season the liver with garlic, paprika and black pepper, massaging well so that the flavor penetrates the meat;
  3. TIP: Don't season with salt now
  4. Then heat a high skillet and add the butter;
  5. When the butter has completely melted, add the liver steaks;
  6. Sear the steaks on both sides;
  7. Remove the liver steaks from the skillet and in the same skillet add the sliced onion;
  8. Sauté the onions until golden;
  9. Then return the liver steaks to the skillet with the onion;
  10. Add salt to taste, sauté for another 1 minute and turn off the heat;
  11. Serve immediately.
