Liver with onions

Após o fígado cordado em bifes ou em tiras, tempere os com alho, sal e cominho! Reserve por 15 min.
Corte a cebola, o pimentão e o tomate em rodelas. 
Em uma panela coloque óleo para esquentar, coloque os bifes e deixe-os lá até dourar de um lado! Vire o lado e coloque os temperos já cortados! Deixe eles murcharem e está pronto! 
Sirva com arroz! 

After the liver is cut into steaks or strips, season them with garlic, salt and cumin! Book for 15 min.
Cut the onion, pepper and tomato into slices.
In a pan put oil to heat, put the steaks and leave them there until golden on one side! Turn the side and put the seasonings already cut! Let them wither and you're done!
Serve with rice!
