- Pepper to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Garlic, salt and cumin to taste
- After the liver is cut into steaks or strips, season them with garlic, salt and cumin! Book for 15 min. Cut the onion, pepper and tomato into slices. In a pan put oil to heat, put the steaks and leave them there until golden on one side! Turn the side and put the seasonings already cut! Let them wither and you're done! Serve with rice!
