Ingredients

  • Beef liver (cut into steaks not too thick) | 1 kg
  • Jilo |  to taste
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic and salt |  to taste
  • Pepper |  to taste
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Clean the liver steaks, removing the thin membrane that surrounds the meat. Also remove veins and small channels (if any)
  2. Season the steaks with garlic and salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a frying pan. Add the olive oil. Add the liver steaks
  4. Meanwhile, cut the eggplant and onion into slices.
  5. When the liver changes color, add the eggplant and onion
  6. Let it sauté until golden.
  7. When the eggplant is tender, the liver steaks are ready.
  8. Transfer to a plate and consume while still hot.
