In a bowl add the liver, the juice of 2 squeezed lemons, the salt, the black pepper and the minced garlic cloves. Mix everything and set aside for 20 minutes.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
In a hot pan, add olive oil or oil. Don't put too much. Then put the liver steak to fry.
Let it fry for approximately 5 minutes, always turning the liver. Don't let it fry too much, otherwise it will get tough. Throw the onion and chives on top, turn off the heat and cover the pan, so that the steam makes the onion "soften".
After that, just serve.
