- Liver cut into strips300 g
- Thinly sliced red onion100 g
- Homemade beef broth100 ml
- Olive oil30 ml
- Ready-made rice200 g
- Parsley30 g
- Chives30 g
- Chili pepper30 g
- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Fried onion (for garnish)50 g
- In a very hot skillet, add the oil and let the liver brown for a minute. Hit the salt.
- Add the onion and let it brown for about two minutes.
- Add the beef broth, rice, parsley and chives.
- Shake well.
- Fry the egg with the hard white and soft yolk.
- Decorate the rice with the fried onion and the egg. serve.
