- water120 ml
- Chives0 to taste
- Remove the skin from the liver and cut it into strips, after seasoning with salt and garlic.
- Place the seasoned liver in a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion, tomato and pepper cut into large pieces.
- Leave it on the fire until it sauté well, add 120 ml of water and put it under pressure for 15 minutes.
- Take it out and you will probably still have water, put it on pressure for another six minutes, if you don't have water add a little, but it can't be too much, because this liver must be fried, completely without water, here I only put 120ml of water and when I open the pot after 15 minutes still has enough water to stay another six minutes.
- When you take the pressure off, if you find it necessary, leave the liver in the fire until it runs out of water and well fried.
- Then you can finish by adding chives and it's ready to serve.
