Ingredients

  • Lamb | 1 kg
  • Water | 400 ml
  • Tomato sauce | 100 ml
  • Saffron | 50 g
  • Cuentro | 50 g
  • Pepper | 20 g
  • Salt | 20 g
  • Flour | 30 g
  • Vegetable oil | 50 ml

Recipe

  1. Take a pan and fill it with water, then add the oil, salt and pepper to the water. Let it boil and then add the tomato sauce.
  2. Then put the saffron, flour and coriander. Whisk until thick and add the lamb. For 20 to 30 minutes, stir the lamb a little and then cover and lower the heat for another 15 minutes. Is ready.
