Lamb cooked in homemade sauce

Take the lamb, place it in a container and season with salt, garlic, saffron, coriander and pepper.
Now cut the tomato, the onion, the pepper and put it in a pan, next to the oil.
Put the seasoned meat in water in a pan. Let it remain under pressure for 25 minutes and then add the seasonings cut before, stirring and adding to taste. Then just serve.
