Tempere com sal, chimichurri, enrole e reserve, eu deixei umas 3 horas na geladeira

Season with salt, chimichurri, roll up and set aside, I left it in the fridge for about 3 hours

Pique meio tomate e a cebola bem pequenos

Coloque um fio de óleo em uma forma, estenda o matambre na mesma e leve ao forno ou churrasqueira pra assar. 
Assim que o mesmo estiver dourado, coloque em cima o tomate e cebola picado, o queijo mussarela e as rodelas de tomate, temperinho verde e volte ao fogo/forno até derreter e dourar o queijo. 

Put a thread of oil in a shape, spread the matambre in it and take it to the oven or barbecue to bake.
As soon as it is golden, place the chopped tomato and onion on top, the mozzarella cheese and the tomato slices, green seasoning and return to the fire / oven until the cheese melts and browns.
