- Ground beef500 g
- Hot water1 l
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic4 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Prepare this recipe by placing the kibe flour in hot water, leaving it to soak for 2 hours until it hydrates.
- After that time: put the rest of the ingredients, the meat, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
- Knead this mixture for about 15 minutes until it becomes smooth and compact.
- Model the kibbe in its original shape, and in the middle put cheese, roll up (stretching and with the skewered ends) fry in hot oil until golden on all sides.
- After fried, place on absorbent paper and serve your fried kibe.
