  • Ground beef500 g
  • Hot water1 l
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying1 to taste
  1. Prepare this recipe by placing the kibe flour in hot water, leaving it to soak for 2 hours until it hydrates.
  2. After that time: put the rest of the ingredients, the meat, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
  3. Knead this mixture for about 15 minutes until it becomes smooth and compact.
  4. Model the kibbe in its original shape, and in the middle put cheese, roll up (stretching and with the skewered ends) fry in hot oil until golden on all sides.
  5. After fried, place on absorbent paper and serve your fried kibe.
  6. Simple and delicious, good appetite 😋
