- kibbeh wheat250 g
- Twice ground beef500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped Mint2 tablespoon
- Chopped chives2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Wash the kebab wheat several times until the water is clear.
- Squeeze well to remove all water.
- With a wet hand, mix all the ingredients (except the green onions) until the dough is uniform.
- On a platter, arrange the dough and garnish with green onions and mint leaves.
- Place in the fridge for an hour before serving.
- Serving suggestion: Syrian bread and olive oil. Huuuumm. Enjoy your food!
