  1. I mix all the ingredients. I put it in a greased shape and take it to the high oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Yes, it's delicious to replace the traditional wheat for kibbeh with quinoa! It is possible to make it fried, but I prefer roasted. The result is great and it is ready very quickly. Worth testing!!!
