- Seasonings for meat to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
- Slice the meat into steaks the way you prefer.
- I season the meat, here I used Edu Guedes seasoning, chimichurri, lemon pepper. Reserve.
- Heat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes.
- Put the steaks in the Air Fryer, don't put too many at once because it makes the process difficult.
- Now set your Air Fryer to 200°C for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, turn the steak and set for another 7 minutes.
- Ready. You have a steak at the right point to eat. No rubbery meat!
