  • Juice of 2 lemons2 unit(s)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of oil3 tablespoon
  • 1 sliced onion1 unit(s)
  • 1 cup of ready-made tomato sauce (tea)1 cup
  • 1/3 cup of dry red wine (tea)1/3 cup
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water1/2 cup
  • 2 tablespoons of chives - chopped green2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, season the steaks with lemon juice, garlic and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the steaks, browning on both sides. Add the onion, tomato sauce , wine and water. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, place on a platter and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes.
