- Ground beef (duckling)1/2 kg
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs150 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Salt and various seasonings to taste
- Mix the meat with the egg, onion, salt, a little oil and seasonings (pepper, cumin, whatever you like).
- Add the flour until it is ready to roll the meatballs. Make small balls.
- Take a pan and over high heat with a little oil, fry the meatballs until sealed. Then book.
- In another pan, place the tomato sauce on low heat.
- In the same pan that you fried the meatball, remove the excess oil and put the tomato sauce, putting the meatballs to cook for a few minutes.
- 15 minutes later the meatballs will be fully cooked. Hmmmmmm! Delight! 💛
