  • Ground beef (duckling)1/2 kg
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs150 g
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • Salt and various seasonings to taste
  1. Mix the meat with the egg, onion, salt, a little oil and seasonings (pepper, cumin, whatever you like).
  2. Add the flour until it is ready to roll the meatballs. Make small balls.
  3. Take a pan and over high heat with a little oil, fry the meatballs until sealed. Then book.
  4. In another pan, place the tomato sauce on low heat.
  5. In the same pan that you fried the meatball, remove the excess oil and put the tomato sauce, putting the meatballs to cook for a few minutes.
  6. 15 minutes later the meatballs will be fully cooked. Hmmmmmm! Delight! 💛
