- Beef rib1 kg
- Cassava to taste
- Seasonings (I used garlic, chimichurri, dehydrated garlic, onion and parsley, smoked paprika, complete seasoning, lemon and herbs, soy sauce, garlic sauce, vinegar and mustard) to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Season the meat in advance
- In a pan, sear the rib, add the onion well
- Add hot water to half of the pot and put the pressure on for approximately 30 minutes.
- Open the pan and remove excess oil if necessary. Add the cassava and take the pressure again until the cassava is cooked
- Finish with parsley or cilantro
