Ingredients

  • Beef rib | 1 kg
  • Cassava |  to taste
  • Seasonings (I used garlic, chimichurri, dehydrated garlic, onion and parsley, smoked paprika, complete seasoning, lemon and herbs, soy sauce, garlic sauce, vinegar and mustard) |  to taste
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Season the meat in advance
  2. In a pan, sear the rib, add the onion well
  3. Add hot water to half of the pot and put the pressure on for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Open the pan and remove excess oil if necessary. Add the cassava and take the pressure again until the cassava is cooked
  5. Finish with parsley or cilantro
