Refogue a mandioca e deixe cozinhar.
Quando já estiver macia, acrescente o tomate picado, a cebola, o caldo natural e deixe cozinhar mais um pouco.
Acrescente a costela de boi, deixe apurar mais um pouco.
Cozinhe por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
Salpique o cheiro-verde e a pimenta de sua preferência. Sirva com arroz fica uma delícia 🤤 

Saute the cassava and let it cook.
When it is already soft, add the chopped tomato, onion, natural broth and let it cook a little longer.
Add the beef rib, let it boil a little longer.
Cook for approximately 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with the green smell and pepper of your choice. Serve with rice it's delicious 🤤
