  • kg of peeled and chopped cassava1 kg
  • Tomatoes4 unit(s)
  • dehydrated onion3 tablespoon
  • dehydrated green smell at will1 unit(s)
  • natural broth tablets3 unit(s)
  • Cooked Beef Rib1 kg
  • Pepper1 to taste
  • dye1 to taste
  • Seasoning1 to taste
  1. Saute the cassava and let it cook. When it is already soft, add the chopped tomato, onion, natural broth and let it cook a little longer. Add the beef rib, let it boil a little longer. Cook for approximately 40 minutes. Sprinkle with the green smell and pepper of your choice. Serve with rice it's delicious 🤤
