  • Parrilla salt40 g
  1. Put the grill on fire and wait for it to turn into a brazier.
  2. Make friezes in the fat of the picanha, without going through it completely.
  3. Place the picanha with the fat side down for 4 min.
  4. Turn the picanha and leave it for another 4 min.
  5. Remove the picanha, let it rest for 8 min.
  6. Slice the picanha into 3 finger pieces.
  7. Take the slices for 2 min on each side.
  8. Remove and let rest for 5 min.
  9. Slice the steaks, season with salt to taste and be happy!!!
