Vamos começar cozinhando o aipim, com agua e uma colher de sal ate ficar macio.

Em uma panela coloca o azeite e a carne moída para refogar, vá mexendo e refogando por 5 minutos ai sim vamos temperar a carne com o alho amassado com o sal, com pimenta de cheiro e pimenta do reino ,coloca o coloral e deixa cozinha por mais 2 minutos

Pega o aipim cozido vamos espremer ele ou  amassar no garfo mesmo.

Depois de amassado, coloca a manteiga e vai amassado com a mão, mistura um pouco de cheiro verde na massa

vamos modelar nosso bolinho  de aipim , pega uma quantidade de massa na sua mão e coloca o recheio no meio modele e separa
