  • Beef (I used pork)2 unit(s)
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Pumpkin400 g
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Bacon50 g
  • Gorgonzola (optional)30 g
  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and let it boil
  2. When the pumpkin gets wet, mix it with cream (and gorgonzola if you have it) and make a puree.
  3. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it.
  4. Fry the meat in a skillet
  5. Fry the egg. When ready, serve it over the meat, with the mashed potatoes and bacon on the side. Enjoy your food !
