  • Roast beef: rod-shaped filet mignon250 g
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salad: boiled potato in cubes1 unit(s)
  • Green apple cut into small cubes1/2 unit(s)
  • Salmon cut into small cubes1/4 unit(s)
  • Mashed cooked cassava1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
  • Drops of lemon juice5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Roast beef preparation: put the oil in a very hot skillet.
  2. Brown each side of the filet mignon for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Salad: in a bowl, mix the potato and manioc while still hot. Add the other ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  4. Finishing: slice the rosbie into 1cm slices and serve with the potato salad
