- Roast beef: rod-shaped filet mignon250 g
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salad: boiled potato in cubes1 unit(s)
- Green apple cut into small cubes1/2 unit(s)
- Salmon cut into small cubes1/4 unit(s)
- Mashed cooked cassava1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Drops of lemon juice5 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Roast beef preparation: put the oil in a very hot skillet.
- Brown each side of the filet mignon for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Salad: in a bowl, mix the potato and manioc while still hot. Add the other ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Finishing: slice the rosbie into 1cm slices and serve with the potato salad
