- I usually do this and keep it in the freezer for days to come. I already leave the onion, pepper and tomato cut into larger pieces and keep it together with the meatballs.
- When I'm going to cook, I put the frozen meatballs in a pan, add just water, paprika, garlic, half a grated carrot and a little oil (I like to cook in a pressure cooker).
- When I see that it's almost ready, I add potatoes and carrots cut into slices, let it cook well, check the salt and it's ready to be served.
- On the day I made these meatballs, I had little tomato at home, so when I went to cook I put a lot of tomato.
- If you want, you can add tomato sauce, but to be a healthier food I prefer to put a lot of tomato and half a small grated carrot to soften the acidity of the tomato.
- I leave it with little broth, as I put a lot of tomato this broth is very thick.
