- Ground beef (duckling) passed through the grinder twice700 g
- Garlic Head1 unit(s)
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Mint to taste
- Wheat for kibbeh1 unit(s)
- Place the bag of wheat in warm water to swell. After 30min, strain with a clean cloth to remove all the water. Remove the water well so the kibbe doesn't fall apart at the time of preparation. Pass the onion, mint and garlic head in the food processor.
- Mix all the ingredients by kneading well with your hands until it becomes a dough. Roll to the size you want.
- Place in molds and freeze. After frozen, transfer to bags or bowls to keep for longer.
- It can be baked in the oven, in the airfry or fried directly in the oil. I recommend brushing olive oil or oil when baking.
- When you do, remove directly from the freezer. No need to defrost.
