  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Oat flour1 tablespoon
  • grated onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped chives2 tablespoon
  • Oregano1 coffee spoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Mozzarella to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the meat, onion, egg yolk, oatmeal, and chives and season with oregano, salt and black pepper to taste. Knead well to incorporate even the ingredients. After not even kneaded, divide the dough into 5 balls and shape the hamburgers, and set aside. In a non-stick frying pan, place the butter, as soon as it melts, grill the burgers on both sides. As soon as the burgers are grilled, place a slice of mozzarella on top and also add the tomato sauce to taste and place another slice of mozzarella on top, cover and let the mozzarella melt. Enjoy!!! Great to accompany a dinner or even a snack.
