Misture a carne com a calabresa e em cima de um filme plástico modele os hambúrgueres e cubra-os totalmente com filme plástico caso queira congelar. 

Mix the meat with the pepperoni and on top of a plastic film model the hamburgers and cover them completely with plastic film if you want to freeze.

Obs: Tem formas próprias para hambúrguer, mas eu modelo somente com as mãos.

Note: It has its own shapes for hamburgers, but I model only with my hands.

Passei a calabresa no liquidificador para moer.

I passed the pepperoni in the blender to grind.

Obs: Na hora de fritar coloco sal e pimenta do reino. Principalmente quando vou congelar não gosto de colocar o sal logo.

Note: When frying, add salt and pepper. Especially when I'm going to freeze I don't like to put the salt right away.
