Passei todo o peito de frango no processador, juntei todos os temperos e o azeite misturei bem com uma colher por último acrescentei a farinha de arroz.
Só precisei de filme plástico para enrolar as linguiças, depois coloquei todas numa panela com água cozinhei por 20 minutos, retirei o plástico e fritei no azeite. Pode assar na churrasqueira ou airfryer, pode congelar também.

I passed the whole chicken breast in the food processor, added all the seasonings and the olive oil mixed well with a spoon, finally I added the rice flour.
I just needed plastic wrap to wrap the sausages, then I put them all in a pan with water, cooked for 20 minutes, removed the plastic and fried in olive oil. You can bake on the grill or airfryer, you can freeze too.

Servi com farofa, vinagrete e mandioca frita 😋 perfeita para o churrasquinho.

Served with farofa, vinaigrette and fried cassava 😋 perfect for barbecue.
