  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Seasonal picanha or meat flavor. to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Chopped onion to taste
  • Chopped tomato to taste
  1. In a cambuca, pound the garlic and add the rest of the ingredients according to your taste.
  2. Then add the ground meat and stir.
  3. Add a tablespoon of wheat flour to make the meat tougher.
  4. Make balls (meatball style) with the meat.
  5. Knead the balls so that it looks like a hamburger.
  6. Fry and serve however you like.
