- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Sauté the ground beef as you usually do!! I used onion, garlic, Bahian seasoning, pepper and spicy paprika. Reserve!
- Cook the potatoes, mash, mix the butter and milk, until they form a puree, (a softer puree would be good, if you need to add a little more milk)
- In a refractory, place part of the mashed potatoes and fill with the ground meat, finish with another layer of the mashed and mozzarella, take it to the preheated oven to brown for about 10 minutes!
